We offer:
Total Case Management, Assistance with ADL's, light housekeeping, local physician escort, grocery / gift shopping, reasonable transportation, assistance with correspondence, meal preparation, medication reminders and monitoring, continuation of physical/occupational therapy, organization and maximizing accessibility and safety of home space.
Additionally, we offer customized services such as professional hair styling, massage therapy, long and short-term travel companions, return-home preparation, deep cleaning, as separate services at a very reasonable rate.

Consult - First we review a client's needs through discussions with involved family members and, when necessary, through consultations with physician(s), social workers, hospitals, or nursing home staff.

Create - Next, we work closely with the family and the individual to develop a customized program based on the client's daily needs. We match these needs to the best possible caregiver and develop a routine that works best for everyone.

Communicate - Communication is vital to this process. We communicate with those who provide services on an ongoing basis. After a caregiver has been placed in your home, we continue to monitor progress through personalized contacts with our clients via telephone check-in, home visits and a daily communication log.
